i usually use Adobe Photoshop. But there's lots of other digital software for colouring like Painter (but this one laggs if you don't have enough memory), Open Canvas, Shi, etc etc.

U can ue the basic Microsoft Paint to do digital art too and if u are creative u can produce magnificent pixel work with it.
